Prior to entering this role, Joanne owned a management consulting practice for 11 years during which time she provided expertise in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communications to various clients including the three hospital foundations in Kingston, Ontario. Joanne also worked as the Director of Resource Development for the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.
Joanne attended University of Waterloo where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She then headed off to York University to complete the Master of Business Administration program. Currently Joanne is enrolled in the Master of Theological Studies at Tyndale Seminary.

Joanne Bell currently serves as Stewardship Development Director for The Free Methodist Church in Canada. She is passionate about helping people break free from financial bondage; become more generous; and experience a deeper relationship with God. She utilizes her giftedness in teaching and training to equip people to become faithful stewards and live out a spirit of generosity in all aspects of life.
